“The key word for this collection is emotion. Modern people have emotional issues but fail to confront them. Over time, this can lead to psychological problems, which may even manifest physically. Just like how a parrot may lose feathers when it is depressed or stressed, I want to use this imagery to express the fragmented and chaotic inner world of humanity. It is impossible for people to always be happy, but we should not suppress or reject our feelings; you have the right to feel anger and sadness. Imperfection is okay. Imperfection is beautiful.”
