I think I have always created on my own terms, allowing this almost sinful sense of indulgence to lead me wherever it may.

Perhaps being wilful means honestly reflecting who I am at different moments—the decisions shaped by a fleeting idea or personal preference. It may bring objective successes or failures, but along the way, it also accumulates experiences and traces that can never be replicated.

I hope I can hold on to this sense of wilfulness, both in creating clothing and in becoming myself.

Description

The Chinese character “串” is visually direct: lines pass through objects, creating a sense of connection. Design details derived from the character “串” appear throughout the collection in different forms, becoming a central visual and structural element.

Beyond its visual interpretation, the concept of connection forms the foundation of this collection. When we talk about connecting objects, units, or elements—or say that “everything has come together”—it often implies that differences between two things are being softened, or that different concepts are gradually transitioning into one another, ultimately creating balance.

I find this interaction both meaningful and fascinating. Scattered preferences and elements from different styles gradually develop a new logic through connection and interaction.

Therefore, in this collection, I attempt to incorporate elements that may not traditionally exist close to one another on the fashion spectrum, yet are deeply appealing to me. Through my own aesthetic and perspective, I connect these seemingly distant elements into a unified form, creating a visual language that is uniquely my own.
