Title
METAL INFECTION
Description
Through the central concept of “metal infecting humanity,” we created an unknown world.
Chainmail is no longer treated as a historical form of protection, but is redefined as an “interface of infection.” Rather than shielding the body, it becomes the point from which metal begins to infiltrate the human form.
The skeleton—the body’s innermost supporting structure—is externalised and exposed through the design, gradually imitated, covered, and even replaced by metal. The ribs and spine are no longer hidden beneath the skin, but become visible structural elements, symbolising the transformation of the body from the inside out.
