Title

Abba,Father

Description

The Creator’s hands are both a gentle place of rest and a suffocating grip. In that space between waking and sleep, You merge dependence and restraint into one. As we grow older, we try to recover that sense of security—one that carries its own weight. We rise onto our tiptoes simply out of the desire to draw closer to You, and also in the hope of gaining that distant approval.

The created being’s tentative longing to be loved quietly erodes the cold, rigid boundaries. It attempts to carve the body’s memories deeply into this hardened shell. In the end, being moulded, invaded, and struggling all dissolve within the reflection. This body is finally no longer merely a vessel for memory, but the place where the self becomes whole.
