This course serves as an essential introduction to design thinking, laying the groundwork for a creative and innovative mindset. It challenges students to break away from conventional design approaches and embrace a more liberated, experimental way of thinking. Through a series of structured projects, students are encouraged to explore and express their creativity, pushing beyond the boundaries of traditional design methods.
The projects are carefully crafted to engage with a variety of design challenges across two and three dimensions, involving considerations of space, materials, processes, multimedia, and construction techniques.
