Le-Chang Yeh is an Assistant Professor with a focus on fashion design and a deep interest in the historical and cultural aspects of clothing. He holds a Master’s degree in History of Art and Design from the University of Central England (UCE), UK. Le-Chang's research delves into traditional garments and their evolution, with significant contributions such as his exploration of terms like "dudou" and "moxiong" in Ming and Qing novels, and the experiences of Taiwanese elderly women with these traditional garments. His articles, published in the Shih Chien University Design Journal, offer insightful analyses of historical costume terminology and cultural practices.


Le-Chang has also long served as the administrative director of the university's publishing operations, the editor-in-chief of Today’s Life Magazine, and the CEO of the "Digital Education Publishing Office." He has dedicated his career to the study of fashion history and dress culture, having published over thirty professional books on the subject. His representative works include The History of Chinese and Western Fashion, Aesthetics of Dress, The History of Fashion in Taiwan, and Fashion Models


His academic work reflects a commitment to understanding and preserving the rich tapestry of fashion history while integrating these insights into contemporary design practices.
