Hi, I’m Angeline Chandra, and my journey since graduating from SCFD has been full of surprises. As an international student, finding a job wasn’t easy, but with the guidance and job offers from teachers and platforms like LinkedIn, I managed to secure my first position as a Design Assistant at InLook Ltd. My love for fashion started early, and my curiosity about how garments are constructed led me to study fashion design. Today, I spend my days working on technical flats, overseeing fabric orders, and collaborating with factories in Vietnam and China to ensure our designs come to life. It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m excited for what’s next!

Educational Highlight

One of the most exciting projects I worked on was the branding project. I’ve always loved creating concepts, and this class allowed me to explore storytelling in fashion. I even discovered my love for copywriting! Now, in my current role, I’m known for my skills in advertising designs. The experience really shaped my interest in both creative and practical aspects of the industry.

Don’t stress too much about finding a job—opportunities come when you least expect them. Keep pushing forward, and your hard work will always pay off!
