Han-Jen Lin

Head Designer

Hi, I’m Han-Jen Lin, a 2014 graduate of Shih Chien University’s Fashion Design program. After graduation, I started my career as a design assistant for a Taiwanese designer brand before moving to Paris to study at the Paris Union School of Couture. During that time, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with the haute couture brand Yiqing Yin, where I contributed to the creation of haute couture and fashion show samples. Working alongside some of the most talented and creative minds from around the world was truly inspiring.

When I returned to Taiwan, I worked as a designer for CH WEDDING, a company founded by celebrity Chia Yung-Chieh, which gave me valuable insight into designing for clients. Later, I briefly ran my own brand, which helped me develop communication and production skills.

Today, I’m proud to serve as the Head Designer for Nicole + Felicia Couture, a globally renowned bridal brand. My designs have been worn by celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, and Julia Roberts, among others. It has been an amazing journey to help the brand grow on the international stage.

Educational Highlight

One of the classes that left a lasting impact on me was the production course. The hands-on approach and rigorous training prepared me for the demanding world of haute couture, where attention to detail is critical. When I studied in Paris, I realized that the skills I gained at SCFD were not only competitive but sometimes even superior to those of my peers.
