Pinsy Tao
Founder of Diettao
Hi, I’m Tao Pinsy, and I graduated from Shih Chien University’s Fashion Design program in 2015. After graduation, I started my career as a design assistant at NET Fashion, where I was responsible for developing women’s collections and gained invaluable hands-on experience in fashion shoots and marketing. This ignited my passion for fashion and marketing, which led me to Club 21 Singapore, where I worked as a marketing assistant. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with luxury global brands like Giorgio Armani and Balenciaga, expanding my understanding of international brand promotion.
My career took a significant turn in 2017 when I decided to pursue a Master’s in Fashion Marketing at IED in Milan, the heart of global fashion. The knowledge and skills I gained there laid the foundation for my future roles, including working at Guffanti Concept Showroom, where I focused on promoting Italian luxury brands in the Chinese and Taiwanese markets. Now, I run my own brand, Diettao, specialising in digital content creation for the luxury and food industries, collaborating with over 50 companies. My journey has been shaped by a love for cross-cultural marketing and a desire to keep pushing boundaries in both fashion and digital marketing.

Educational Highlight
One of the most impactful classes I took at Shih Chien University was fashion marketing. This class gave me a solid understanding of how to connect design and marketing, and I still apply what I learned to this day. The real-world projects we worked on in class helped me understand how to approach fashion from both a creative and business perspective.
