ELECTIVE COURSE

This course is designed to cultivate students' professional skills in computer-aided knitting design. It covers comprehensive training in computer-based knitting design techniques, focusing on the use of specialized software for creating detailed knit patterns. Students will also learn to operate computer-controlled knitting machines, gaining hands-on experience with automated processes. The course includes practical exercises in knitting jacquard patterns and exploring various fabric structures, equipping students with a robust skill set for designing complex knitted textiles. Through this detailed and practical approach, students will be well-prepared to excel in the field of knitwear design and production.
